Connecting a Printer

1. Printer Preparation

Make sure your printer meets these criteria:

• Type: POS Thermal Bluetooth printer (usually the mobile/portable version).
• Paper Size: 58mm wide (the standard for small thermal printers).
• Status: The printer is on (powered) and has enough battery.

2. How to Connect the Printer

You can set up the printer via Detail Pesanan (Order Detail) > tap the Printer Icon > tap "Cari Printer" (Find Printer).

• Turn On Bluetooth: Make sure Bluetooth on your phone/tablet is on.
• Grant Permission: If a request for Bluetooth or Location access appears, tap "Izinkan" (Allow). This permission is needed so the app can find printers around you.
• Scanning: Tap the "Cari Printer" (Find Printer) button. The system searches for devices nearby.
• Select the Printer: Find your printer's name in the list (example: RPP02N, MPT-II, or Thermal Printer).
• Connect: Tap that printer's name. If successful, the status changes to "Printer Terhubung" (Printer Connected).

3. Receipt Printing Guide

Print Directly: After you tap the Save button on a new transaction, you can tap the printer icon to print the receipt without switching pages. Just make sure the printer is connected:

• Tap "Cetak Sekarang" (Print Now): The app starts processing the data.
• Chunking Process: The app sends the data in stages so printing stays stable and isn't cut off midway.
• Auto-cut: The paper ejects automatically (and cuts if the printer supports that feature).

4. Add a Custom Payment QRIS to Receipts

The Owner configures one static payment QR per outlet from Profile > Accounting & Payment > Payment QR (QRIS). Employees can open the read-only QR from their Profile and show it to customers.

1. Upload the outlet's static QRIS image. Pulito reads the QR on the device and rejects unreadable, non-payment, corrupted-CRC, or overly long payloads.
2. Optionally add a label such as QRIS BCA - Main Outlet; the label prints above the QR.
3. Review the generated preview, save it, then make a small test payment before using it with customers.
4. On the Send / Print Receipt page, QR di Nota controls the tracking QR, while QR Pembayaran di Nota controls the payment QRIS. They are separate toggles.

5. Trouble Connecting?

Please try the steps below:

• Power Cycle: Try restarting the printer and the Bluetooth on your phone.
• Remove Pairing: In your phone's Settings, choose "Forget Device" on that printer, then reconnect through Pulito.
• Check Distance: Make sure the phone and printer are close (max 2 meters).
• Check the Light: Make sure the indicator light isn't blinking red (usually because the paper is out or the printer cover isn't shut tightly).
