Outlet Settings

Optimize your laundry operations with the right outlet settings.

Welcome! This tutorial walks you through creating and setting up your laundry outlets so they stay well organized inside the Pulito app.

🏗️ Part 1: How to Create & Add a Branch

Pulito lets you manage many outlets under one account (Multi-Outlet). There are two simple ways to add an outlet:

A. Creating Your First Outlet (New Users)

Welcome Page: The first time you land in the app, you will see the "Welcome" page.
Fill In the Key Details: Tap the "Daftar Sekarang" (Register Now) button and complete the registration form:
- Outlet Code (Required): Enter a unique abbreviation (2–5 letters). The system automatically converts it to uppercase. This code is very important because it becomes the prefix of your transaction Receipt Number (example: BDG/R/240112/001) so it looks tidy & professional. The code must be unique across the entire Pulito system — it cannot match another laundry's code, and the system will warn you automatically if the code is already taken.
- Main Identity: Laundry Name, Full Address, and WhatsApp.
- Logo: Upload your outlet logo so the receipt looks more credible.
Ready to Use! Once saved, your first outlet is instantly active with a 14-day Free Trial.

B. Adding a Second Outlet (New Branch)

Use the Outlet Selector at the top to add a branch without logging out. Don't forget to prepare a unique Outlet Code (2–5 letters) to distinguish this new branch's identity.

Open the Selector: Tap the active Outlet Name at the very top of the screen.
Choose "Tambah Outlet Baru" (Add New Outlet): Tap the button at the bottom of the outlet list.
Switch Outlets: Tap the same selector to move between branches.

Quick steps: Add a New Outlet/Branch

Tap the active outlet name at the very top of the screen (Outlet Selector).
Choose "Tambah Outlet Baru" (Add New Outlet) at the bottom of the list.
Fill in the Outlet Code (2–5 unique letters) + laundry name + address + WhatsApp.
Upload a logo so the receipt looks more credible (optional).
Tap Simpan (Save) — the new outlet is instantly active.

⚙️ Part 2: Configure Details & Manage Outlets

Once the outlet is created, make adjustments through the Profile menu:

1. Store Identity & Outlet Code

Go to Profile > Edit Profile Outlet (Edit Outlet Profile). Here you can view and change the crucial data:

Receipt Identity: Name, Address, and Phone Number shown on the receipt.
Outlet Code: Make sure this code (2–5 uppercase letters) is correct. The code is unique system-wide — it cannot match another laundry on Pulito. If the code is already used by another outlet, the system will reject the save.

Quick steps: Edit Outlet Identity & Code

Open the Profile menu.
Tap Edit Profile Outlet (Edit Outlet Profile).
Change the laundry name, address, WhatsApp number, or Outlet Code as needed.
Tap Simpan (Save).

⚠️ WARNING: The "Hapus Outlet" (Delete Outlet) button deletes all data PERMANENTLY and cannot be undone.

2. Set Up Payment & Cashier

Configure your payment system through the Profile > Accounting & Pembayaran (Accounting & Payment) menu:

Allow Pay Later: Enable the receivables (credit) feature.
Accept Cash Payments: Enable the cash option.
Require Payment Proof: Employees must upload the transfer receipt.
Financial Accounts: Add a bank/e-wallet account via the "Tambah Akun" (Add Account) button.

Quick steps: Set Up Payment & Cashier

Open the Profile menu.
Tap Accounting & Pembayaran (Accounting & Payment).
Set the Allow Pay Later, Accept Cash Payments, and Require Payment Proof toggles as needed.
Add a bank/e-wallet account via the Tambah Akun (Add Account) button under Financial Accounts.
Changes are saved automatically.

💡 Important Tips

Each outlet has its own separate active period.
Deleting an outlet is done through the Edit Outlet Profile menu and is permanent.
